The GEN3SYS™ is coated with AMEC's proprietary AM200^® coating which increases tool life up to 50% above competitor's premium coatings.

The GEN3SYS™ replaceable drill insert allows for maximum machine up time and reduces costly set up time. The highly precise locating pad on the GEN3SYS™ High Penetration Drilling System allows for absolute repeatability and reductions in TIR. Furthermore, the GEN3SYS™ High Penetration Drilling System has been proven to penetrate up to 35% faster than competitive drilling products.
